Meet Julia Simons

Before going into the Immersion Course, I had a solid understanding of Adobe Illustrator, having used it for at least six years. Soon after starting the course, I realized how much more I could learn and how many improvements I could make to my own process. 

Not only did I expand my knowledge of the program in ways I never imagined, but I was also given a solid pathway to apply what I learned in real-world settings—and the confidence to do so. 

Without Immersion, I can confidently say that I would not be where I am today. Since taking the course and beginning my journey in the world of surface pattern design, my favorite achievements include setting up my own website, licensing three fabric collections, one wallpaper collection, and, most recently, two mini collections of scrapbook paper. 

The possibilities seem endless, which is both thrilling and inspiring! A big thanks to Bonnie and her team for putting together a truly impactful learning experience!
