Meet Elena Fay

Before March 2020, my main income came from being an event artist which I absolutely love doing, but the pandemic hit and with events being cancelled, I lost all my clients that I worked so hard to find. I was frustrated and unsure of what to do next. Thankfully, in the same month, I started taking Immersion. It opened my eyes to the world of art licensing and surface pattern design. The course gave me the knowledge and skills to turn my passion for illustration into a career in a completely new field.

After completing the course, I started working on my collections, and before I knew it, my work was licensed to a puzzle company, a kitchen and yoga towel company, and even my dream fabric company. I recently signed with an agent and I am excited about what the future holds for me. I am grateful for the opportunity to branch out and explore other avenues of art, and now my income is coming from multiple sources, making me more financially secure.
