Meet Cassandra Frechette

The community is truly unparalleled with Immersion. Not only do you have the support of Bonnie and the experts but you have so many other students, who are in all different stages of development growing, learning, and inspiring each other. The study group add-on was amazing. I still meet with my group regularly.

Since taking Immersion in 2022, I have allowed myself to grow, create and reconnect with myself at my own pace. I continue challenging myself to try new things and experiment with more styles of art, while still paying the bills with a day job, for now. Plus, I finally feel like I am in control of my mental health and my life. I am more excited about the future than I have ever been. 

My mental health and my business have been connected from the start so it’s important for me to take what I have learned and pay it forward in any way that I can, both creatively and professionally. I want to be as honest with my struggles as I am with my successes.
